We have the capabilities to provide both short run and high volume production on a wide variety of parts using our state of the art equipment. Our capabilities include:
- CNC turning form 1/4” up to 48” diameter CNC milling from 1/4” up to 48” cube
- CNC OD & ID Grinding
- CNC Centerless Grinding
- Blanchard Grinding
- Complex gear cutting to produce internal and external gears
We are very experienced with performing these operations to tight tolerances with on a wide variety of materials such as: 300m, Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspaloy, carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron alloys.
Fairlane Tool is currently a direct military supplier of components for the Hawk Missile System, the Stryker vehicle, the M1 Tank, the M60 Tank and other assets in the US military arsenal. We are an aerospace supplier for landing gear components. We also supply drivetrain and powertrain components to the automotive industry as well as various parts for heavy equipment manufacturers.
Over the last 50 plus years we have learned that quality, cost and delivery are paramount to smooth and profitable operations. We also understand that that in most operations there are parts, processes or even troublesome suppliers that continually cause problems.
